Geoffrey Nuval is the Founder of Playworks and its Chief Facilitator. He has spoken at numerous conferences in both the Philippines and the United States, sharing insights on entrepreneurship, workplace innovation, marketing in a socially connected world, and the impact of gamification on human behavior and engagement.
After spending more than a decade in the United States, Geoffrey returned to the Philippines with a vision of transforming workplace learning and team development. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Science & Engineering with Honors from Stanford University and pursued studies in Entrepreneurship at the Saïd Business School of the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
Following his academic journey, Geoffrey worked in Silicon Valley, where he invested in internet startups through Lehman Brothers (now Tenaya Capital). He later founded and served as CEO of DevHub.com in Seattle and Privacy Central in Los Angeles.
During his years in the technology and startup industry, Geoffrey became an early pioneer and recognized expert in gamification—the application of game design principles such as points, levels, rankings, and rewards to motivate and influence behavior.
Driven by a passion to contribute to the growth and development of the Philippine workforce, Geoffrey established Playworks in the Philippines. Built on the principles of gamification, Playworks delivers innovative team-building and learning experiences that inspire engagement, collaboration, and lasting behavioral change.
Nikki Aguila serves as the Strategic Partnerships Manager and Facilitator at Playworks. Known for her strong interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and ability to build trust,Nikki excels at bringing people together toward a common goal. Her passion for fostering teamwork 
and engagement has enabled her to successfully organize and facilitate numerous team-building programs, scorporate events, and group seminars for some of the Philippines' leading organizations.
In addition to her facilitation expertise, Nikki conducts seminars on corporate sales, helping professionals develop the skills and mindset needed to achieve business success.
Prior to joining Playworks, Nikki gained valuable corporate experience in sales and product marketing at Fujitsu, where she managed and sold multi-million peso technology solutions to major telecommunications companies, including PLDT and Smart Communications.
Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University. Her blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and people-focused leadership makes her an invaluable partner in creating impactful learning and team development experiences.
Raymond Villanueva, Lead Facilitator, brings extensive experience in managing large-scale corporate events for both local and international organizations, handling programs with up to 6,000 participants. His portfolio includes successful engagements with renowned companies such as HP, Lenovo, Toyota China and Japan, Tupperware, Roche, and Herbalife.
With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, both in the Philippines and abroad,
Raymond has developed strong expertise in operations management, leadership, and customer service excellence. His notable achievements include being part of the opening teams for The Venetian Macao and Sheraton Hotel Cotai Central, where he supervised teams of more than 500 employees. He also played a key role in the opening and management of the prestigious Shangri-La at the Fort in Bonifacio Global City.
Raymond earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Ateneo de Manila University, combining academic excellence with extensive hands-on leadership experience in hospitality, events, and team development.
Pat Romano, RPm, MAED GC, Facilitator, Facilitator, specializes in character development, mindfulness, 
and self-awareness. He is an experienced guidance professional with a focus on team building, leadership development, mental wellness, and resilience. Mr. Romano is a Registered Psychometrician and holds a BS in Psychology from Colegio de San Juan de Letran Manila, as well as a Master of Arts in Education major in Guidance and Counseling from St. Paul University Manila.
Rix Hernandez , Facilitator & Marketing Manager,is a Breakthrough Transformation Life Coach and wellness consultant with over 12 years of experience. 
She is also a Team Building Facilitator, Genos International Certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer, Keynote Speaker, and DISC Certified Trainer. Combining her expertise in marketing, coaching, and facilitation, she helps organizations build stronger teams, foster employee engagement, and create meaningful transformations through interactive and value-driven experiences. To date, she has facilitated both virtual and in-person team-building programs for more than 200 corporate organizations. Ms. Hernandez holds a degree in Visual Communication from UP Diliman.
John Alvin Jiao, Facilitator & HR,is experienced in Learning and Development, Training Needs Analysis, Organizational Development, 
recruitment, and corporate training. Known for his expertise in inspirational team-building programs, he helps organizations strengthen collaboration, resolve workplace conflicts, and rebuild team confidence. Through engaging and impactful facilitation, Alvin supports teams in achieving both personal and professional growth. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from De La Salle University–Dasmariñas.
JJ Calimlim, Facilitator, is a dynamic and engaging professional known for her quick wit and ability to energize large groups. Her interactive team-building approach focuses on unlocking a team's full potential while ensuring organizational goals are achieved. With extensive experience in customer service, communications, event hosting, webinars, online content creation, and team-building facilitation, she effectively connects with participants from diverse backgrounds. Ms. Calimlim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from St. Paul University Manila.
Martin Veneracion, Facilitator, is a dynamic professional with over five years of experience in training, 
consultancy, and team-building facilitation. Known for his strong interpersonal skills and engaging facilitation style, he effectively connects with diverse teams and helps organizations foster collaboration, growth, and success. Passionate about lifelong learning, networking, sports, and travel, Martin brings energy and enthusiasm to every program he leads. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Business Management from De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde.
Christian Ian Ocampo, Facilitator is an experienced speaker, trainer, host, and team-building facilitator with a passion for helping organizations strengthen team dynamics and foster a positive workplace culture. With over 10 years of experience working with multinational companies, he has successfully facilitated training programs, hosted events, and managed large-scale corporate gatherings with up to 1,000 attendees. His expertise in building trust, collaboration, and employee engagement has made him a valuable partner for organizations seeking meaningful team development. Ian was a Theatre Arts scholar and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from De La Salle University–Dasmariñas.
Lace Celestino, Facilitator, brings over a decade of experience in Human Resources, with 
specialization in Learning and Development and HR systems. She delivers engaging team-building programs designed to strengthen collaboration and enhance workplace culture, while also serving as a dynamic host for corporate events, weddings, and brand launches. Known for her energy, elegance, and strong audience connection, she creates experiences that are both entertaining and impactful. Ms. Celestino is a Cum Laude graduate of AB Behavioral Sciences from the University of Santo Tomas.
